The #2518 Bellman Cart is an exclusive birdcage design by Forbes. It features a solid brass superstructure, topped with an eye-catching hex and finial ball top. It's carpeted deck and full wrap-around vinyl bumper is attached to a solid reinforced square steel tube base.  Glide around in ease with 6" grey cushion wheels in zinc plated caster forks. Also available in solid brass.
